As part of the preparations for the BE Assessments 2022, Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG) brings together high-performing assessors for the Experienced Assessor Programmes. This flagship programme helps in collectively acknowledging the key imperatives in the Assessment process and equips experienced Assessors for the next round of the Assessment cycle. Qualified Assessors with more than three years of assessment experience were invited for EAP Plus (EAP+2022) and the remaining for EAP Regular (EAP2022).
The guiding principle for EAP2022 has been to strengthen fundamentals of the assessment process and explore opportunities for an enhanced assessment experience for all stakeholders. This year’s EAP was designed to meet the following objectives:
- Opportunity for reflections and improvements
- Understanding the changes in the TBEM Criteria
- Understand the nuances of assessing Agility and Resilience
- Understand more about assessing Cyber Security initiatives
- Revising the Fundamentals (Back2Basics) – Process and Result Assessments
The inaugural batches of the EAP Regular and EAP Plus were facilitated by Sayantan Roy, Deputy General Manager, TBExG, and Sanjeev Singh, Vice President, TBExG, on April 8 and 13, 2022, respectively. Both these programmes received encouraging feedback from participants and have successfully laid the foundation for what would be an exciting voyage of discovering new shores of performance excellence for the participants. 200+ Assessors from 50+ Tata companies have registered in the upcoming 10 programmes, which are being planned through physical and virtual modes throughout April.
