The Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG) has set the stage for upcoming BE Assessments with the launch of the Experienced Assessor Programmes - EAP2025. Like every year, current Assessors with Business Excellence external assessment experience are invited to get acquainted with the changes in the TBEM criteria, assessment process and new Group focus areas. Invitation to these EAP programmes is based on the Assessors’ past performance and experience. Assessors with 5 or more Assessment Experiences are invited to EAP plus.
This year, the focus of EAP is on embracing the criteria and assessment changes, also driving excellence in the BE Assessment process. The learning pedagogy and design was curated by an internal cross-functional team leveraging industry best practices and case studies.

Sayantan Roy, General Manager, TBExG, and Siddharth Bhatt, Deputy General Manager, TBExG, facilitated the first EAP2025 session on April 03, 2025, held in Mumbai. Seventeen participants from the Indian Hotels Company Limited, Tata Communications, Tata 1mg, Tata Chemicals, and TSG among others participated in the day-long session. Facilitators engaged the participants with in-depth understanding of the criteria changes and assessment focus area through case studies, interactive exercises, breakout discussions and more.
The programme has been praised for its enriching and experiential approach, new pedagogy and structure, with a strong preference for case study-based learning agenda.

Looking Ahead:
This year, TBExG has planned 11 more programmes (8 physical and 3 Virtual). Three physical programmes are scheduled in Mumbai, Pune, Jamshedpur, Kolkata and Bangalore. For the first time, TBExG has also planned for 1 physical programme in Warwick, UK to help and empower the UK and European Assessors. In all, 220+ experienced assessors have registered for these programmes.
As we prepare for the upcoming Experienced Assessors programmes, the foundation is being prepared for another year of customised, collaborative, and celebrated assessments.
Thank you for the workshop. The structure was a well thought out one to facilitate building of relevant knowledge and skills and equally importantly, delivered extremely well as well.
