Group Safety & Health team organised the third series of the Accelerated Reduction in Repeat Events (ARRE-3) intervention on Contractor Safety Management (CSM) from February 7-17, 2023.
There were 5000+ logins from 40+ Tata companies during the event. The sessions featured 16 speakers from GE, Shell, BP, L&T, Flipkart, ITC Hotels and Bangalore International Airport Limited.
The coverage of topics by speakers included presentation on Contractor Selection, Contract Documentation, Contract Award, Training & Capability Building for Contractors, Monitoring & Managing the Work and Periodic Evaluation of Contractors through Effective Vendor Assessment & Performance Management. CSM standard would be revised based on the learnings from the ARRE session as a next step.
The ARRE series was first launched in October 2020, with 10 sessions on the ‘Vehicle Movement’ and the second series was held in October 2021 on the topic of ‘Fire Safety, Electrical Safety & LOTO.’
