Functional Expertise

Loveleen is an Excellence Advisor for Tata Steel subsidiaries, based out of the Eastern India geography, and works closely with companies to propel them further on their journey in becoming worldclass institutions. She has expertise in Business, Social, Safety, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity and Innovation Excellence frameworks.

She is also the TBExG coordinator for the Tata Network Forum India - East. In this role, she supports various Tata companies based out of this geography towards cross-learning and best practices sharing opportunities through the forum’s various platforms and events.

She has over 15 years of work experience across diverse areas including Product Design & Development, Product Data Management, Engineering Change Management, Operations Management, Innovation Management and Business Consulting across automobile and steel sectors.

Prior to joining TBExG, Loveleen was with Tata Motors as Senior Manager, Engineering Change Management, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, based out of Jamshedpur in India. She is an Electrical Engineer and has been awarded a certificate in Design Thinking for Innovation from University of Virginia.
