Functional Expertise
Deepak is a Business Excellence professional with subject matter expertise in transformation and people management. He heads the customer experience function at TBExG and closely works with over 100 companies across different sectors. He brings 30+ years of experience in Business Excellence, Data Maturity, Digital Excellence, Innovation Excellence, Cyber Security Excellence and Social Excellence. In his role as Excellence Advisor (RM) he collaborates to create the organisational, strategic and transformative roadmaps and a detailed Business Excellence plan.
He facilitates transformation workshops, Business Excellence, Social Excellence Improvement workshops and HR process workshops. He is actively involved with CII and is on the committee of Leadership and HR. He is also a facilitator for CII-HR Excellence and a senior leader for their HR Excellence and Customer Obsession Assessments as senior Assessor. He was part of the CII HR Excellence team which worked on refreshing the Model.
Deepak is a qualified ‘Independent Director’ certified by IICA. He is a PCC certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators. He is also a certified MBTI, BELBIN and trainer for ‘Achievement Orientation’. He is a TEDx speaker and on the panel of TAS.
