HR is a key element of the business excellence process within the Tata group. HR systems, processes and capabilities contribute significantly towards the key outcomes of the organisations. Over the past few years, the need to create a more robust HR assessment, and look at the overall improvement of HR process and systems has been underscored by the feedback received from group companies and the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessment teams.
HR Deep Dives
TBExG, in collaboration with Group HR, has conducted Deep Dives in several subjects related to HR, and is working towards further defining the areas in which deep dives can be conducted.
