The annual Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessment is an integral part of organisational management practices in the Tata group. It has been critical in strengthening the strategic and operational capabilities of Tata companies since its inception.
Assessments are designed to operate at varying levels of intensity to suit the different needs and circumstances of Tata group companies. A Dip Check assessment is conducted outside the TBEM assessment calendar at the request of companies.
